Fluffy Protein Pancakes

  • 1 Cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of Egg Whites
  • 4 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1-2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla tastes best with this recipe)


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Heat griddle to medium high heat and coat with a thin coat of cooking oil or butter.

  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.

  4. Cook 1-2 minutes (until bubble start to form) and then flip pancake.

  5. Cook 1-2 minutes on the other side, plate and serve.

  6. Serve with your favorite fruit, nut butter, or syrup on top (alters nutrition content below). Nutrition facts will vary slightly depending on which protein powder you use.
