Love itUsed numerous times and seems to get better each time (maybe me getting more accustomed to using it). I also first thought the “uneven” surface when cooking was a problem. But with more experience and such, keeping different portions of the meal hot is easy by moving the “done” items to the edges. Fewer worries about burning. Then I plate them all up once everything is done. FANTASTIC

Might just replace my little grill!!!I bought this griddle based on reviews by RV owners. Over the past 20 years I have purchased a number of outdoor cooking surfaces and have trashed most of them. After seasoning the griddle I have cooked 8 dinners and it is fantastic! This little griddle has a very large surface! More than enough for 4 adults. A “Keeper”.

Uneven heating.I have owned this griddle for several years. I really like it because I don't have to use the stove top in my camper and heat it up inside. The only issue I have is that the griddle only gets really hot in the middle. A square about 8-10 inches square. I think that if the burner was a little wider it would work better.
