Absolutely awsomeBlackstone griddles are awesome. It is well built easy to put together and it cooks fantastic food. Everthing that comes off this grill taste great. The clean up is made easy with there removable grease trap in back. The griddles are the way to go. Blackstone is the best love everything about them.

Great Griddle...Marginal Deep FryerLove the griddle. Have cooked steaks, hamburgers, bacon, eggs, onion rings and even sauted a duxel. Unfortunately, the deep fryer can't get hot enough to cook french frys (360°-365°). Tried wrapping space between the burner grate & oil pan with moderate success. Am I the only one having this problem? Anyone have a solution?

Best grill ever!Love this griddle, but disappointed I can't get a conversion kit for natural gas to it. It appears you only make them for table top griddles. We live several miles from town and a big pain to take tanks for refill when we have a natural gas line from our other grill
